Our DEAR friend, Bonnie

About a week ago, a dear friend of ours had a brain aneurysm. She was rushed to a local hospital and was then air lifted to Northwestern in Chicago. After beating the odds and making it through all of that, she underwent a successful brain surgery in order to fix the aneurysm. Some of you have been following her blog and know that a couple days after, she went through some complications that she could never pull through because of so much trauma to her brain. This past Wednesday, the Lord took Bonnie home to be with Him.

Jud and I went to be with their family at the hospital on Wednesday...When you walked in the waiting room, you could tell by all the people how much Bonnie meant to all of us. She was an incredible women of God with the SWEETEST and most GENEROUS spirit I have ever seen! Jud met Steve (Chester) and Bonnie as a high school student when he first started going to youth group. Since then, they have been nothing but loving friends to both Jud and I. They were some of Jud's biggest supporters, encouragers, and teachers throughout His spiritual life. To say the least, they were and still are such DEAR FRIENDS!

Ness family, we love you beyond words can express. We know that Bonnie is now with the Lord sitting on her Wrap-around porch. Even though we know this, it doesn't take away the earthly pain that we feel here and the heart that aches for her to be here with us! We will walk this path with you! May God hold you in the palm of His hands and keep you there throughout this time!

WE LOVE YOU!!

The Henrys
