Our Church is doing a series on observing the Sabbath. Jud and I have been learning alot about what that means and specifically how our family can serve God by keeping the Sabbath. I have always heard this and known that it was a commandment given by the Lord but, have never quite "gotten" it. The past two Sundays have been beautiful at the Henry home. We have reflected on what we as a family would consider "work" and have tried to eliminate that from our day (Jud sure was excited he didn't have to mow the lawn yesterday:). Together, we will continue to pray about what this looks like but in the meantime we are enjoying our restful Sabbath Sundays!
