I am so grateful that Jodi and I got to walk this journey together! The day before the 4th of July the US embassy received our paperwork. Because of the holiday and a couple of mixed up documents, we weren't able to get an appointment until the 8th. But, we did get an appointment and we passed the visa interview process! They were able to expedite our paperwork and we were able to pick up our visa the next day. So, you better believe we booked a flight out of Ethiopia the night of the 9th! God is so good and bringing Tinsoo home to meet his family was one of the greatest experiences of my life!
