Jud is 30!!!!

What a great 30th that we had with our Big Guy! No big bash, no big plans, but lots of big FUN! On Sunday night, Jud and I went out to a place called Gold Coast Cinemas. If you have never been...GO!!! It was a fabulous place where you could eat dinner and watch a movie all at once. Now, I have been to Mugs and Movies and places like that but this was quite the upscale joint. Drinks, apps, a recliner, and even a pillow and blanket...Amazing!!
On Tuesday, Jud turned 30. About a month ago, I secretly asked one of his co-workers if we could borrow their house in Michigan for a weekend for Jud's birthday. We were so excited to tell him about his big surprise that the kids and I created a scavenger hunt and sent him around Elmhurst with clues! Luckily, Ali new where they all were. At the end of the hunt, he came inside, opened the computer and found out that, "We're going to MICHIGAN!" The Henry family has not been on a vacation as a family since we had kids:) Yes, we are blessed and get to travel a ton but it is mostly with our families. This time, it is just the Henry Gang!!!! So Excited!
