Lead me to the Cross!

"Lead me to the cross where your love poured out.
Bring me my knees, Lord, I lay me down.
Rid me of myself, I belong to you.
Oh, Lead me, lead me to the cross!"

As I sat and listened to these lyrics from a song by Seventh Day Slumber I was again reminded that this life is not ours! It is all about the Cross of Christ. I'm studying The Sermon on the Mount in my Bible Study and in Matthew 6 Christ says, "Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven , where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal." I am so thankful for God's Grace in my life! I am so thankful that by His mercy, he is constantly showing me that Heaven is awaiting and that this life is SO temporary!
