Ice Skating Outing

On MLK day, Ali's school rented out the local YMCA ice skating rink.  My friend Jaquie watched Kingston so that I could "attempt" skating with Aliyana and Canyon.  I had fun because I knew the kids were enjoying something new and exciting but let's just say I was SO GLAD that it was over after an hour and a half:)

Unfortunately my camera on my phone is not taking good pictures these days.  It's hard sometimes to take my big camera everywhere so I just take pictures with my phone but, they are not turning out very good lately.

 Our old neighbor Becky went with us…we LOVE her!

 Let's just say Canyon "tried" to skate:)

By the end of the time, Ali was doing the shuffle around the rink…she sure was proud of herself for not holding on to the side:)
