About a week ago, Sarah and I headed down to Miami to meet Mel and friends for a trip to paradise island! Meliss was going on her annual girls trip and we decided to tag along:)
I am so thankful for five full days of laughter, fun, and RELAXATION!

There it is, in all it's beauty, from the airplane! |
We arrived Sunday and headed straight to the BEACH!
Really? In the Bahamas?
A visit to see the pigs is a must every time we go! |
Exploring on Staniel Cay…thank you Barry for letting us zoom around on your golf cart and bikes…ton of fun!
A visit to Sampson Cay for some pictures :)
The top yacht was the one used in the 1983 James Bond movie, Never Say Never Again. Beautiful!
The bottom yacht is Tyler Perry's, that he keeps at the Compass Cay marina.
Swimming with the sharks at Compass Cay!
Thanks Mel for the awesome collage that captures our sighting of Johnny Depp! We have no picture to prove it but we did indeed spot JD on his way to Staniel! The six "tankini" girls aboard were so bummed that Johnny didn't turn his boat around right away and come join us for some "fun" in the Exumas:) Oh well, maybe next time ladies!
ps..I think Pops secretly LOVED seeing JD as well:)

Love you Mel!
Thanks Uncle Norm and Karen for a spectacular time! You out served yourselves that is for sure and we are grateful for the work that you are doing down there. Chicken Cay has never looked better!
We love you guys!
The last night we painted our sign! Uncle Norm hangs them on the shed outside as a way to remember all the people who come and visit. We decided to paint "Pinky and the Tankini Girls"!
Thank you ladies for a wonderful Girls Trip! We were blessed to tag along. Sarah and I loved our time together!
Cape Cod 2013? :)
