I officially got my new fixed lens!!! My sister has been encouraging me for a while and it just wasn't on the priority list but, NOW IT IS! I love the lens and am having so much fun with it! We went away this past weekend and I was able to get some really great pics of the kids. I am by no means claiming to be a "great" photographer but, the lens does make a difference! I know that the ones below aren't the best but, I thought I would share with you what I have been doing lately (in addition to the HUGE "to-do list" that I have on my counter). I plan on getting to know my camera a lot better and my hope is that I can take a class in the next couple of month

Wow, Kate! Great job! I'm thinking Jud has already blown up the one with the basket ball up for his cube at work. :)
